We need a project manager to manager the rehab portion of our residential flips. This position includes negotiating with contractors, obtaining bids, ordering of materials, design and layout planning, quality control, preparation for market, scheduling photos, and more. Heavy experience and expertise in all areas of residential construction is mandatory and real estate experience is preferred. You must have experience reading and clearing inspection reports. We pay per job, with a bonus if you meet the project goals, there is opportunity to grow with the company. This position has great earning potential for the right candidate.
