HIRING for a FULL-TIME Project Manager for Insulation Jobs Our Services: We do insulation removal and install in the attic and crawlspace of residential homes, HVAC, and rodent exclusions. We service the entire Bay Area and surrounding areas. General Responsibilities: Report to the warehouse and get your crew and materials loaded in the truck for the day, then drive your crew to the project site. Manage your crew for them to complete the labor, as well as drive to suppliers and dumpsites as needed during the day. Project time is usually one day to complete. A new job site every day. What we want: Enjoy learning something new and are comfortable with constant change and updates. You are a positive natured person, self-motivated, and highly driven. Have good judgement and ask great questions. You like being on a "team" to help bring in a project on time and on budget. You take direction well, you welcome when someone will take the time to coach you on a new skill. A valid driver's license is required - no exceptions Work is Monday through Friday, and Sundays if available. Report to the warehouse in North San Jose 7:30AM every workday.
