Here are the top 3 stories today in Salt Lake City: Not only did a Salt Lake City landlord break into a resident's home by breaking down their door with a sledgehammer, but in wielding the said tool, he chased them through their house and onto the street, ultimately throwing it at them. It may come as no surprise that the offending landlord, 60-year-old David Shaskey, was arrested. (KUTV 2News) SLC Police are soliciting the public's help to locate a suspect in a case of a stolen car. When the SLCPD recognized the stolen vehicle on the 1800 block of State Street and began to approach it, the driver peeled away, colliding with two other vehicles while fleeing the scene. (ABC 4) It's a rare sighting in Salt Lake City's building boom, apartments with four bedrooms! However, for the families in the so-called "missing middle," they are not.
