East Haven police logs, Dec. 22-28: Dec. 23 Cynthia Ann Perillo, 52, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny. Timothy P. Morrell, 52, of North Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Ronald Joseph Hatta, 53, of New Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order. Anthony Damien Calder, 36, of New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Kimberly Boughton, 50, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Dec. 24 Rosemary Leah Bevis, 67, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Dec. 25 Christopher Dylan Kinneen-Candelaria, 23, of Meriden, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Jon M. Weiner, 64, of New York, NY, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Dec. 26 Katiria Villafane, 36, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
