Using our heart as our compass we tune into how our next chapter unfolds. This is the time to get clear on our intentions and create the path towards our vision by connecting to our true nature Honoring the Medicine Wheel, we yield the 7 directions to purify our mind, body and spirit. In the making of our prayer ritual, we create a prayer tie as a reminder of who we are, what matters most to us at this present moment and what we are creating. We journey into breath medicine as we enter the 3 planes of existence releasing what is no longer ours and retrieving what is Feeling our vital energy rising, we take our prayer to the dance floor and use the voice of our body to express ourselves in the sacred expression of movement and dance.
