Replace and paint Wood overhang/facia boards(rotten areas) around the front, back and side of the house. 3. Repair or replace concrete retainer wall for flower bed as in-expensive as possible. ( Accepting all ideas for flower bed to be redone... possibly with stacked stone, bricks, pavers, etc... Suggestions and price please (see picture). 4.
