Press release from City of Fort Worth: December 30, 2021 Ring in the New Year with Fort Worth's version of the popular Polar Plunge, where you'll dive into the icy depths of Forest Park Pool as a test of willpower over the elements. The invigorating event is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at Forest Park Pool, 2850 Park Place Ave. Registration is $30 per person. Warming stations will be nearby, and food trucks will have a hot lunch available for purchase. All proceeds from the event will go to the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition.
