A free archaeologist-guided paddle along the salt marshes and mangrove shorelines of Robinson Preserve.
Journey through the mangrove forests of Robinson Preserve with Archeologist Jeff Moates and discover the historical uses of the land, ecological restoration, and how to spot the evidence or remains of indigenous people’s past.
Program suitable for ages 16 and older who can meet the County's minimum eligibility requirements. Participants must have their own canoe or kayak and safety gear. All participants must wear a life jacket and bring a whistle.
