Mass at St. Rose This is the signup for Mass at St. Rose for the annual mass the evening before thanksgiving, through the following four Sundays. Anyone can sign up for the Wednesday Evening Mass. For the weekend Masses we ask that you only sign up for two on this particular. Thanksgiving Mass does not count as one of the two. Please monitor your health before you attend Mass. Instructions for parishioners coming to Mass – you are attending at your own risk • Hygiene & Symptom Monitoring: o Before coming to the Church do a screening with the following questions. To successfully pass you must be able to answer “no” to every questions. A “yes” to even one question is a failed screening.  In the last 14 days, have you: • Been exposed to a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 without the correct PPE? • Have a temperature of at least 100.4? • Had new or increased shortness of breath or difficulty breathing? • Had a new cough? • Had at least two of the following symptoms together? • Had at least two of the following symptoms together? o chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, vomiting, runny nose, congestion, fatigue o If you touch your face, wipe your nose, or cough, please step out of Mass and wash your hands. o Please use the restroom at home before Mass as Church restrooms will only be available in case of emergency. o There will be one entrance and exit. You will check in with volunteer upon arrival and will be asked to sanitize your hands as you enter. In case of emergency any exit may be used. • PPE Utilization: o Universal face covering is required. Mask up before entering the Church and remain masked until you present for Eucharist. Keep your mask on the entire time. If you do not have a mask contact the parish office in advance and we will help you get one. o Communion will take place at the end of Mass.  You will not wear gloves and you will receive on the hand. You will remove your mask right before you approach the priest. While six feet away from priest he will say “Body of Christ” and you will respond “Amen” then you will approach and he will put the Eucharist on your hand. • On-location Physical Distancing: o Physical distancing must be observed from the time you drive onto campus to the time you get into your vehicle after Mass. o Use the marked entrance only and check in with the staff/volunteer greeter. o You will be directed to your seat and will not be able to choose to sit wherever you wish as we will fill the Church from the farthest from the doors toward the doors. o Maintain six feet social distancing; pews will have marked areas to occupy. The social distancing requirement is in addition to the mask wearing – it’s not one or the other. o The celebrant will be at least 12 feet from others when not wearing a mask. o There will be no sign of peace (shaking hands, hugging, or any physical contact), no distribution of the precious blood, and no holy water in fonts in order to keep exposure at a minimum. o Collection basket will be near the entrance/exit and donations may be dropped in the basket. o There will be no social time (hospitality, coffee & donuts) etc and you are encouraged to go to your vehicle immediately after you exit. • Sanitizing & Location Disinfection Procedures: o Hand sanitizer will be provided for use upon entry into the Church. o Volunteers will be trained to wipe down all areas that were touched with bleach solution. They will use disposable gloves and throw them away after using them. o Custodians will disinfect entire Church including restrooms and common areas on a regular basis. • Incident Reporting: o If you have been in contact with a confirmed positive case do not come to the Church and leave message at this number immediately. 360-747-7856. o If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed positive case, seek medical attention. • Exposure Response Procedures: o A log of attendees will be kept for 30days. o In case of exposure:  Health Department & Archdiocese will be notified.  Attendance log will be given to the health department for notification to those exposed.  Attendees could face a mandatory quarantine if a fellow attendee tests positive for COVID-19
