OAK FOREST, IL — An Oak Forest home was shot several times Wednesday night in an incident that prompted multiple calls to police, authorities told Patch. According to officials, shots were fired into a home on the 15200 block of Las Robles Street Wednesday at around 10 p.m. All residents in the home were safe and uninjured, though police said they found 9mm shell casings in the street in front of the home and inside the house. Residents in the area also reported seeing a dark-colored Dodge Charger speeding away from the scene of the shooting. Officials are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call Oak Forest Police Department at 708-687-1376.
