MALIBU, CA — The State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) was reopened late Thursday afternoon after a mudslide caused a nearly full day closure of the highway at Puerco Canyon Road.
Closures began around 8 a.m. Thursday morning, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, Lost Hills station. All westbound and northbound lanes of PCH were closed from late Thursday morning to around 3:45 p.m.
