Furniture assembly and setup, $25/hr part time

We are looking for two to three individuals to join our team setting up single family homes in the Charlotte area. What you'll do: - Work with one or two individuals to unbox, assemble, and set up furniture within the home, including bed frames, TV stands, bedside tables, etc. This involves moving furniture boxes and mattresses to their respective rooms before assembly (heavy lifting) and breaking down boxes afterward. - For each property, work consecutive days until setup is complete. Historically the timeline is 3-5 days for this process per house, with a goal of 2-4 houses per month in the Charlotte area. - Get paid via Venmo at the end of each day Who we're looking for: - Individuals who are very familiar with electric drills and other tools, and are proficient with them (attention to detail is important - no stripped screws, no damage to the furniture) - Individuals who can work efficiently and with minimal supervision - Individuals who can bring their own drill - Those who can provide their own transportation to and from the site. Most houses will be within 7-10 miles of Uptown Charlotte Timeframe: - Our goal is to set up two to four houses per month, and each house takes roughly 3-5 days to set up. The specific days depend on when we get access to each property. We anticipate the first house being ready in mid to late January, but possibly sooner.
