If interested, please apply directly: Job Scope The Floating Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the several apartment communities in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Service Technician performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance and other general and preventative maintenance repairs. This position will likely move from a full-time floating position to full-time assignment on a single apartment community site in the future. The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $23.25/hour and the Service Technician EOE/M/F/D/V
