Job Description W2 Employee Position $23-28 dollars per hour depending on experience Employee must provide good craftsmanship, be conscientious with time and job costs and have the ability to request and obtain needed resources (material, help, etc.) Candidates require a positive, professional attitude and image with both customers, coworkers, subcontractors and office personnel. They will provide a good understanding of residential construction trades, know and report how a project stands in relation to the completion schedule. Provide up to date time and task info to the office. The employee needs their own transportation, a standard set of tools, a valid driver’s license and to live within 15 miles of Arden.
