JOB DESCRIPTION To Produce a consistent Product and maintain the highest quality as per our SOP’s Required Skills/Experience: • Computer literate with strong math and reading skills • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lead and work with others well • Ability to learn quickly and highlight process improvements • Ability to operate a fork lift • Ability to lift 50 lbs Duties and Responsibilities: • To work as a System operator, operating a screener, mixer or dryer operation. Does this with minimal supervision, maintaining all aspects with high standards. • To produce a consistent Product from the system, performing and recording required quality assurance testing per SOP. • Monitor equipment functioning, fills out and maintains all Machine Data Logs and batch records. • Packages all product that is produced, Confirms, and adjusts package to proper weight, marks it with Lot# and stages it in Warehouse. • Assist in maintenance repairs and adjustments of Manufacturing System equipment • Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment. • Communicate immediately to management all circumstances which may affect quality, equipment function or are considered questionable and unsafe. • Cleaning of all process equipment, ensuring that it is properly cleaned. • Cleaning of floors, walls, and all piping. Cleaning of equipment, when necessary, per production. • Housekeeping duties of general area along with surrounding areas around the property. • Performs other duties as needed. Job Type: Full-time
