Press release from the Albany Police Department: 12/29/2021 10:06 AM On Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at approximately 11:00 pm Albany Police Department received a call from an alert neighbor in the 800 block of Cornell regarding a subject who was seen prowling both his and his neighbor's properties. Officers arrived on scene and located a male subject standing on a container and looking into an elevated window of one of the residences. The male subject was taken into custody without incident. Further investigation revealed the subject was committing lewd acts while looking into residences. This press release was produced by the Albany Police Department.
