Car Drives Into Ditch In Agoura Hills, Dangerous Roadways

AGOURA HILLS, CA — California Highway Patrol rescued two elderly individuals in a sedan from a ditch Thursday morning at Cornell Road near Mulholland Highway after a mudslide. The car was still stuck at 2903 Cornell Road as of 10:35 a.m. but the two individuals were safely out of the vehicle, according to CHP. The roadway was not passable to motorists as of 10:40 a.m. because of the mudslide. CHP and the California Department of Transportation closed the road to clean up the mud.
