So I rode over an hour an half one way to get lab puppies that they never responded to waited about 30 minutes. Completely ghosted me. Have the balls to ask me if I'm sure I want the puppies. I wouldn't drive that far if I'm not sure I want something. Had it planned on time even message ahead of time it was going to be an 30 minutes before I got there. Bought 2 large cages I had to drive out of way to get. This night just sucks. See this lady having car troubles up in Ohio and couldn't do anything for her as it was her battery that died.
