I am reaching to the collective in hopes of finding a genuine soul who can help in times of hardship. I am in need of help. I am 35 and have experience in healthcare, childcare, retail, property management, and hospitality. I have been fighting homelessness since the beginning of the year and in June, my efforts prove to no avail. As I lost my relationship and in turn lost everything with my breakup as my partner for past 4 years cost me my job. The week before Christmas a job opportunity fell through and left me stranded on hwy 52. I lost everything and am having a difficult time being able to ground myself. I am an independent contractor and minister but not having a car and losing everything has made this path and journey a little rougher than expected. I have worked with 300$ since July. I am currently being sheltered at a room, I’ve known my roommate for about ten months but it’s a rocky situation. The other day as I walked to get food a stranger almost kidnapped me and it is happening to many females around here. I am looking for work but am currently limited to locations here in walking distance.
