The Tessman Company Vision: • To be the best customer service distributor in the Upper Midwest • To become the “First Call” for all of our customers Warehouse Operations: • Shipping and receiving product, loading, unloading and all other warehouse tasks. • Provide our customers with prompt and friendly service. • Ensure shipping and receiving accuracy. • Provide a safe and organized work environment that is compliant with all safety procedures. Ensure that we abide by all OSHA regulations. Inventory Control • Assist with annual inventory counts and periodic cycle counts. • Maintain our Bin Location system with a high level of accuracy. • Minimize damaged inventory and miss-shipments. • Isolate and repair/repackage damaged products as soon as possible. • Organize inventory based on seasonality and product movement.
