We are conducting a HOME USE TEST on Wellness Chewable Candy and we would like to invite you to participate. This would require that you come to our facility in ENCINO on JANUARY 10th, 11th OR 12th, 2022 (DEPENDING ON YOUR ANSWERS) to pick up products and receive instructions. You will be required to use the prescribed dose of Wellness Chewable Candy on two different occasions and complete an online survey after trying each candy. You will receive a total of $40 Via Electronic Payment (We will send you the money via a plaform of your choice, including PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay, Amazon Gift card or Cash App) for participating and completing the various documents associated with this project. You must use the product as prescribed on two different occasions within one week and complete all documents to be paid (DUE DATE IS TUE JAN 18TH). We do not pay for partial completion of tasks.
