Small business looking to hire technician to install underground dog fences. Job would require digging and then burying a cable around a customers property. On the job training provided. Here are the requirements: 18 years or older. Transportation to get to jobs Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions. Drug free This is a job that has some easy days and some extremely tough ones. We are willing to pay up to 25$ an hour to the right person who can learn the tasks, do them right, and be trusted not to cut corners. Work would be done along side owner or manager until the person can prove their ability to complete a job on their own - at this point you could expect to be paid $25 an hour. To be upfront - some jobs can be some of the toughest work from a general labor stand point depending on terrain, time of year, and customers presence for the layout of the fence. To move forward, there would need to be an initial phone conversation, then a trail run on site at a job. After the job, you would have an understanding of what’s involved and I would be able to assess if it could be a fit. From there we would discuss what moving forward in a full time capacity would look like. This is part time at first but definitely need full time but only for the right fit.
