Description
I was hoping to find a small group of people who are interested in building their meditation practice who would want to read and use the meditation steps provided, the book itself is amazing and I would highly recommend checking it out as a practical guide to building a strong meditation. I was hoping to read 5-10 pages a week and meet up once per week for a guide into the next week. I am open to ideas and structure for how to operate this and I hope I’m this finds you well
