I am looking for an individual skilled in general labor. Much of the work you will be doing will be working on houses. Some of the jobs to include painting and product installation. Pay negotiable as well as amount of hours wanting to work. Here is a list of 5 key qualities: 1. Physical strength and stamina A skilled laborer must perform multiple tasks at homes that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging and operating hand and power tools. 2. Manual dexterity and coordination Along with physical strength, workers must have excellent hand-eye coordination, be able to move their hands quickly and be able to grasp and assemble objects with two hands. 3. Strong reading and math skills Good math skills are essential for calculating measurements and angles. 4. Building and mechanical knowledge They should be familiar with building materials and have some experience using tools involved in the construction, repair and restoration of homes 5. Excellent vision and depth perception Jobs will require accuracy and precision. For this reason, it is also very important that workers have good eyesight in order to use hand and/or power tools.
