A morning full of deep stretch, meditation and intention setting led by Yoga Teacher, Bailey Smith and Jamie Riley of Bohindi. This intimate class is set around the new moon, which is a great time to dial into intention setting and is designed to support the mind, body and heart through long holds, supported postures and intentional stretches - a full body yin practice. Complete your experience by creating a Bohindi Intention Bracelet to serve as a beautiful reminder of the life you aspire to live. Choose from a curated collection of energy infused quality gemstone beads - each with their own meaning.
