Eastern Property Preservation LLC is a local contracting company that services residential properties in S.W. Virginia and surrounding areas. We are seeking temporary labor for an various restoration and improvement projects, contract based. Wages will be determined based on scope of work of individual projects as well as individual's experience/reputation for each skilled trade/project. Projects include: -Property cleanup/debris removal -Landscaping -Painting -Drywall -Flooring -Plumbing -Electrical -Carpentry -Fence erection -Renovation -Roofing *This is not a full time position.
