Bass player wanted for established 60's Garage Rock

We are an ongoing band with a great rehearsal space and we play for the fun of being in a tight band. Not looking for fame or fortune. Maybe the occasional backyard party or maybe a cool gig, but definitely not looking to be a dive bar band, that's too much like work!! We play proto punk 60's stuff like the Animals, Love, Music Machine, Yardbirds, Who, with the occasional Beatles, Byrds,Petty, and Dead thrown in, and also stuff by more esoteric bands. But we play it faster and harder! We've been a power trio for a while but the bass player is also a good guitarist and wants to switch to guitar. We have a great room to play with drums, PA etc and a 100 watt Ampeg bass amp here so no need to drag your rig if you don't want. We play through good equipment and have GREAT tone..... Looking to play once a week or so. We all have jobs, families and lives outside of music and range in age from mid 30's to 60's. Looking for someone who wants to play for the fun of it and who fits in with our vibe. We aren't pros but we can definitely play and bring it live, and we are TIGHT! Looking for someone with energy and a punk attitude with an appreciation for 60's psychedelic garage punk! Good meter is a must.....
