Lost dog near Superior/Louisville area

spotted approximately 4:45 pm at the Coal Creek Ranch North neighborhood near the golf greens. This is an 11-13 min car ride (9 miles) west of where he was lost. He was spotted at approximately 10-11 am by the Boulder County Sheriffs Office on the east ramps to Highway 36 and McCaslin Blvd. People are mistaking him for a coyote but he is obviously not a coyote. They state that he is emaciated and HE IS INJURED yet not enough to slow a Malinois down. Storms are coming in Friday. I’m an requesting any help from anyone in that area.
