We are a growing Philadelphia based Home Staging company seeking a young, positive-minded, reliable, hard working, and energetic Team Member to assist with our home staging installations. No design eye or creative skills needed, really just need an extra set of hands. The Assistant/Moving Crew Member is needed at the facility to help with loading and unloading, and at the seller's property on install/removal day to assist with unpacking/packing decorative accessories, lite furniture assembly, placement of furnishings, and steaming/ironing linens, etc. **This is currently a flexible on call position. Job Duties May Include: • Pack-up and Un-pack decorative accessories • Assist with loading and unloading furnishings • Assemble furnishings when needed • Steaming/Ironing Bedding, Curtains, etc. • Assist with loading and unloading furnishings, as needed • Assist with hanging artwork • Help arranging furniture and accessories around in the home • Misc. duties (cleaning of mirrors and glassware, dusting furniture, etc.) Requirements: • Flexible availability and schedule (anytime between M-F 9a-5p) • Reliable • Own transportation is strongly preferred • Team Oriented, this is a must • Hardworking •Someone who can get the job done with minimal supervision and easily switch task if needed • Strong time management skills • 2 years minimum Customer Service experience • Strong organizational skills • Detail-oriented • Self-motivated • Able to lift at least 50lbs • A positive and up beat attitude, and generally just a cool and good person • No criminal record Please send resume and cover letter only if you meet the above requirements.
