FOUND: pit mix puppy

Description

Someone left a puppy tied to a fence in the alley behind my house. I saw someone leaving the alley as I pulled into my driveway before discovering the dog. The dog has a gash on its head and was very hungry. Any information on possible ownership of this dog would be appreciated. I will be calling Lucas County Canine Care and Control this morning to get the dog.
