Small construction company looking for an experienced lead to start full time immediately, plus overtime hours/pay. Wages starting at $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Also offering 401(k) and vacation. Applicants must: - Have significant construction experience and knowledge; - Be able to take the lead on jobsites and ensure what needs to get done gets done; - Be able to ensure and oversee laborers and other trades complete directed tasks at sites; - Can take and follow direction, but be able to problem-solve if need be; - Have a reliable work ethic and be able and willing to work overtime/weekends; - Have a cooperative and friendly attitude; - Must be able to lift over 50 lbs; climb ladders; and exercise common sense when working in a typical construction environment; and - Have a valid driver's license and ability to get to and from various job sites.
