Producer / Songwriter looking for a higher end recording studio space to either take over or share. I currently have a studio in Nashville, and additionally do session work out of a few studios in LA. I'm looking for a more permanent studio space in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas to bring in my own gear, and hang my hat for an extended term.
