I do. not force any of my crew to get the vaccine. I gave them a choice: Get vaccinated. or Stay home u until the pandemic is over. or Find another job. No forcing involved. Restaurants require kitchen staff to wear hair nets. Construction workers are often required to wear safety glasses hard hats and gloves. Shop workers are required to wear approved boots. Nurses are required to were masks and face shields. Bankers are required to wear suits and ties. Employers retain the right/obligation to impose measures to protect their employees and the community. Many jobs require periodic drug testing. As an employer, I have the right to run MY business as you see fit. My customers thank me for taking action. If you do not like the way that I run MY business, don't work for me. For the record, I do not allow non vaccinated people in my home either. I refuse to bow down to a few whinny anti vaxers.
