Start 2022 with a Polar Bear Plunge! Join us for a Polar Bear Plunge on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 2 p.m. at SilverStar. Trey will be coaching us Wim Hof-style through our dip in the Puget Sound at high tide at 2:17 p.m. What you'll need: Swimsuit or clothing you want to plunge inWater shoes to safely walk in the waterA towelA parka/sweats to change into afterA fun, brave spirit!Even if you don't want to plunge, you can join us to cheer on those who do in person or digitally live on Instagram @treydanna.
