No Limit In & Out Cleaning Service, LLC is seeking part-time and full-time construction cleaners for post-construction clean-up at construction job sites. Please call Charlene @ (407)480-8515 Rate of pay: 13.00 an hour Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 7 am to 4 pm or 4pm to 12:00am or 12 midnight to 8:00 am Duties: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, etc. Location: Orange and Seminole County Qualities: Attention to detail and quality according to scope of services for the account. • Work independently, learn and follow instructions with little or no supervision. • Follow all proper safety procedures. • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Use various industrial cleaning supplies and equipment. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be able to carry and utilize a backpack vacuum. • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds, and climb stairs.
