We are located in Rockport Texas. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working and experienced. Job Description Be apart of one of the largest landscaping teams in the coastal bend If its outside we do it. Sod, Grading, Fences, Drainage, Concrete, Synthetic Turf, Hardscaping, Fire Pits, Flagstone Patios, Water Features, Outdoor Kitchens, Masonry Work etc.. Help load all trucks with equipment and materials outlined in the project scope of work each day Help keep the yard and trucks clean Help keep the shop organized Responsibilities: Be on time every day Don't miss any work in the first 90 days Follow a written scope of work and/or video of the project Communicate with the office, team lead and customers effectively Job Requirements: Required experience either finishing concrete, installing paver patio / driveways, and/or installing sump pumps & French drains No felonies - Background check required. No probation / Home Visits (Cannot be on paper) Drug Test Required One year verifiable experience in this or a related field is required Valid Driver's License with clean record Willingness to work paid overtime Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature Valid Social Security Number Experience pulling and backing trailers preferred. Ability to work any schedule preferred. A vehicle you can leave parked at the shop every day required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
