4915 Greenspring Avenue,Baltimore MD 21209

30 January, 2022

Description

Celebrate National Squirrel Appreciation Day On this walk, we will search for these sometimes-underappreciated but always adorable mammals, and learn about the part they play a part in our environment. After all, January 21 marks National Squirrel Appreciation Day so we have so show our appreciation! Walk content will be geared towards children ages 5-10 and we will be out for approximately 1.5 hours. Our Director of Education, Erika Castillo, will be your guide. Our walks are free to members. There is a $5 per child suggested donation to Cylburn Arboretum Friends (an accompanying adult is free) if you are not a member. Cylburn Arboretum Friends is the 501(c)3 non-profit friends group of Baltimore City's Cylburn Arboretum, enriching and enhancing the arboretum and our community in a variety of ways, and providing nature education programs for people of all ages.
