Yorkie still missing since December 24th at 1:00 pm.!! **He’s on medication** Carter was last seen near the corner of E. Princess Anne Road and Merrimac Ave in Norfolk, Virginia. Carter is 7 years old and is not wearing a collar, nor is he chipped. He is black and tan with some gray. He has a small white spot on the tip of his nose. Any information is greatly appreciated.
