Need Female Advice

I'm a guy who's had a big crush on a female co-worker for years. She's in a bad relationship (though won't admit to it) and I don't lead on that I like her, though it's pretty obvious to anyone who see's how I act whenever I see her or am near her. I try like hell to get myself to not be interested in her but it doesn't work. I have a female friend who likes me, and I like her, but it wouldn't be fair of me to get with her when my co-worker is on my mind. Any advice on what I should do would be appreciated.
