Regina uses her passion, determination, education, and work experience to provide individuals with relevant training, professional growth, and leadership insight, resulting in continuous progress, high performance and increased profits.  Additionally, Regina successfully facilities various workshops and presentations in diverse settings serving up to 150 participants. To this point, she founded RLB Consulting Service to educate, motivate and empower others in the areas of Accounting, Financial Literacy, Self-Empowerment, and Career Development.
