Make sure to dress appropriately- we will be practicing in the brewery where temperatures may vary. *beer amount (oz.) is subject to brewery's discretion Certified yoga instructor with with 5+ years of teaching experience. Currently teaching many styles of classes including popular brewery yoga classes throughout the Western Mass area including areas in Central Ma and Connecticut.
