We are sourcing for our client who are looking for an Operations Supervisor for their row crop/ livestock farm. With the proper qualifications and experience the range in pay would be 60K -75K. There is a group health plan of which employer pays 50% of the cost. It’s an HSA and you are eligible after 60 days of employment. The Farm does not provide room and board, but have housing available on the farm at a very reduced price. They also offer a SIMPLE retirement plan after 90 days of employment. Work hours are typically 7-4, but obviously since this is a farm, the work hours are highly variable, and can be quite long in the spring and fall. Need to have experience operating a number of types of farm equipment and have an active CDL with semi driving experience. Must have the following experience/knowledge: • Semis, hauling grain. • Self-propelled sprayer • Tractors 550HP and down • Large planters • Large tillage equip • Equipment and grounds maintenance. • Mechanical abilities Only applicants with the above experience and those that can pass a background check will be considered for this role in West Liberty, Iowa.
