Help with rebuilding wooden stairs in old Farmhouse

Looking for a hard worker with previous experience constructing wooden stairs. Have unsafe stairs with 8" risers & 8.5" treads. Will need to reconfigure with new stingers, additional risers and 10" treads. Have 2x10's, 2x12's assorted screws, hand tools & power tools on hand.
