This position has flexible hours and works with maintenance to do miscellaneous jobs. These can include changing lightbulbs, painting, help installing appliances, help plumbing, snow removal and even figuring out tv remotes. Basically anything that needs done around a building with 54 units of self sufficient yet senior people. We are looking for 15 hours/week to start, with additional hours required in the spring/summer with yard maintenance. This would involve a couple weekend hours if it snows! We need a small section shoveled and sprinkled with ice melt and a small area plowed. We hire out the majority of the snow removal to a large plow company. No previous experience needed but a desire to learn and do the job well required. Applicants must be fully vaccinated and wear a mask since you will be around the senior population.
