We will will also have short guided meditation that will set your mind at ease and help you get into the headspace to help create your own path to wellness. With that, there will be multiple ways to include self care into your daily routine to help you go through each day with a little more ease. Lastly! We will have a class on how to meal plan, pre-prep meals and make sure that your week goes off without a hitch when it comes to following a healthy lifestyle. No more diets ! I am going to show you how to truly just eat well!!! and it will be delicious!!!
