Please help

I am needing to find my 6 year old female mix dog a home by the 3rd or I will have no choice but to take her to the pound. She gets along with cats but does not like other dogs. I moved in with my boyfriend and our dogs do not get along and that's why my hazel has to go. She loves car rides and hiking. So I really hope there is someone out there that can help me she doesn't belong at the pound. I have posted her on other sites and have asked around so this is my last option. Also she is.spaded, potty trained, and can obey basic commands.
