Start your day with a grounding yet highly activating 108 sun salutations Vinyasa flow class led by Stephanie Bard while DJ Dru West spins deep soul music for you to vibe to | 11:11-12:12P / 60m Awake your Shakti energy with a 30 minute Kundalini + breath work class led by Angel Cancino | 12:22p Enjoy a high vibe vegan brunch catered by Lyfted Kitchen | 1-2p Learn what the New Year astrology charts have to offer us with Myst Mel | 1-2p Create a personalized Intentional Pocket Mala to help you ground and feel connected to your spiritual practice, led by Stephanie Bard | 2p Open your heart with a sacred ancient Cacao ceremony followed by a quantum leap meditation to help you find clarity in what it is you truly desire. During this meditation, you'll be taken through a sound bath experience by Steph & Dru.
