Artisan Row's First Annual Boutique Blowout PRE-SHOP Event. Early Entrance for Registered VIP Clients. This is Artisan Row's first annual Boutique Blowout Event. Three early access times will be made available to VIP clients on New Years Day before the sales are open to the public at noon. 30 registered VIP guests are allowed entry at 930am, 1030am and 1130am to pre-shop all of the ridiculously amazing pricing that will be available on hundreds of designer items throughout the shoppe. First registered clients will have access to the items first. Registration is free. Refreshments will be served.
