Jessica of Pretty Prints & Paper (https://www.instagram.com/prettyprintsandpaper/) will be joining us in the taproom for a bullet journaling basics workshop. Come ready to get inspired! The Fair State taproom will be opening early (at 10:30am) for this event. We have cold press on tap and of course plenty of beer. Take the class and hang out afterwards to put some of your new skills to work with a pint! Fair State Brewing Cooperative is one of the first cooperatively-owned breweries in the US. Fair State Co-op’s consumer members elect its Board of Directors and select nonprofit partners to support through Fair State Cooperates, our community giving program. The Co-op’s professional brewing team focuses on traditional lager beer, sour beer (ranging from kettle sours to 100% barrel-fermented mixed culture beers), and hoppy beers. We operate a taproom and our original brewery in the vibrant Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota and operate a larger packaging brewery in the Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Our beers are available through distribution in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, New York City, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Fair State Co-op creates community by hosting events like Mixed Culture, our brewer-led beer festival; Camp Fair State, a Northwoods craft beer retreat; and Co-optoberfest, our annual Oktoberfest-themed birthday party.
