Join us for an event to begin the journey of normalizing women speaking their authentic truth and breaking through the barrier of silence and emotional withdraw. ⁣⁣Our upcoming event is a chance to make 2022 your year of authenticity! During our event we will discuss the many different reasons that “we” women may hide our emotional fragility and what is the common root cause. Then we will make a physical representation of the words that we feed ourselves and others as a protection mechanism. Together we will SMASH our physical representations of (insert your reason) to BREAK THROUGH and realize the POWER IN VULNERABILITY! Physical representations of release can be a powerful exercise to help you let go of what will not serve you in speaking your truth confidently and unabashedly! ⁣After completing The Break Through we will conclude with dinner and an opportunity to share, take pictures and connect! What to wear : All black attire, long pants, long sleeve shirt, closed toe shoes.
